How PES Protects Your Data

This is a summary of how ProEnergy Supply LLC (“PES”) collects, uses, and protects information from users of IVAN (Intelligent Vendor Agentic Network). This summary is provided for convenience; the full Privacy Policy governs.
Closed-Loop Architecture
PES does not expose distributor data to external AI models. All intelligence is processed internally within a closed-loop system. Your SPAs, rebate tiers, customer pricing, and competitive data never leave the PES environment. This is fundamentally different from MCP endpoints that expose raw ERP data to any AI agent.
What We Collect
PES collects only the information necessary to operate IVAN:
• Account & Identity: Business name, contact information, business type, contractor license numbers.
• Transaction Data: Products ordered, quantities, values, distributor selections, fulfillment timelines.
• Search & Query: Product searches, pricing inquiries, AI interaction history.
• Device & Access: Device type, OS, app version, IP address, timestamps.
PES does not collect SSNs, full card numbers, bank account numbers, biometric data, health information, or data from minors.
How We Use Your Data
• Operate IVAN: process orders, authenticate users, deliver AI procurement recommendations.
• Provide distributor market intelligence: share purchasing behavior and demand patterns with distributors in the PES network.
• Improve IVAN: enhance AI accuracy, refine recommendations, optimize performance.
• Legal compliance and platform security.
No Model Training. PES does not use your data to train, fine-tune, or improve general-purpose AI foundation models. Data is processed in isolated requests and is not shared with or visible to other users. PES does not use your data for advertising.
Encryption & Security
• Data at rest: AES-256 encryption
• Data in transit: TLS 1.2+ end-to-end
• Infrastructure: Enterprise-grade AWS hosting with SOC 2 compliance standards
• Access control: Multi-factor authentication on all administrative accounts. Role-based access reviewed semi-annually.
• Vulnerability management: Regular scanning and periodic penetration testing. Critical issues remediated within 7 days.
Data Isolation
Each user account is logically isolated using unique identifiers. There is no cross-user data visibility. Distributor data is proprietary to each distributor and accessible only through authorized PES channels.
Third-Party Sharing
PES shares data only as necessary to operate the platform: cloud infrastructure providers (AWS), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), order management partners, and distributor ERP systems under authorized integration agreements. PES will not sell user data to data brokers, consumer marketing platforms, or unaffiliated third parties.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting PES. Cancellation of your account does not affect data already lawfully collected or shared with distributors during active use.
